how do I detect that resolv.conf changes? I'm trying to fix a multiple name
server problem by using dnsmasq as an intermediary and I need to keep
resolv.conf pointing at localhost.

I'm using arch linux, kernel 2.6.29, option icon 225 3g modem, I've
compiled 0.7.0.99, 0.7.0.100, 0.7.1 from sources
, but with the later, nm can't find the modem, attached is nm daemon
