i've got a tri boot of mandrake 7.1, win2k, and winME..no probs. the only
thing is though, i don't have bootmagic, so the linux grub will boot first
(menu 1) then i select windows and from there i go into win2k or winME (menu
2). that kinda sux cuz the timer is like 3 secs. i don't wanna
i had my touchpad on my laptop go nuts sometimes...i found if you logout of
the session and just restart the xserver, not the whole computer, it'll get
the mouse to work again. that shaves off about a min or so waiting for
computer to boot back up. now, if you get a usb mouse to work with

for some reason alot of laptop soundcards are unsuported and the only driver
i found was an open source driver that just is too much of a hassle it only
works for a period of time and then you have to activate it again using some
