Just grabbed the 9.1 ppc disks. Burned the ISO images. Trying to boot
the machine (beige desktop g3) from the CD fails miserably.
Booting by holding the 'c' key after the chimes works fine with my os9
CD, so booting from the cd is possible.
Anyone have a success story they'd like to share?
Downloaded used MDK 10 for a while, but CD1 I burnt is now faulty
(don't ask).
Went to the club site at the weeke-end to re-download the iso using
bittorrent, left it running for 24 hours, with nothing happening. Just
tried again and a couple of hours later 0 download speed, 0% downloaded.
