I am running the 10.2b1 and after rebooting I have no sound, although sound was working fine on the first boot up. I don't see any /dev/dsp for some reason. How do I recreate that file, or what do I need to do to get sound back? Want to buy y

I have installed mandrake linux a few times starting with 9.0 about a year ago. One problem I have had that I can't seem to figure out is how to display graphics characters. If any of you guys call any dial-up (if there are any left) or telnet BBSs you'll know what I mean. Can anyone give me any
