I installed mandrake linux 8.0, in xterm, the arrow
keys work correctly, but in application, e.g in
gnuplot, when i press the up-arrow key, it did not
display the history commands, but ^]A something like
that. Can you tell me how to set it correctly.

I installed Mandrake Linux8.0, defaultly, proftpd was
installed. But when i use ftp, i got the following
message
Connect: connection refused
I am sure that the proftpd is running. Because when I
type /etc/rc.d/init.d/proftpd restart, it says as
follows
Shutting down proftpd: [ OK ]

I set up a printer using printtool. After that, I can print file by
typing
lp file1.ps
but I cannot print webpage from netscape by selecting file-> print?
