Replying to my own message here: The workaround I found is to go into the /etc/cron.hourly and locate the files that don't work. Mine was installed with mandrake 7.2: inn-cron-nntpsend I wonder why it doesn't work... Anyway, I moved it to: /etc/cron.hourly.old/ Seems to be ok now... -e-
