Can I use lnx4win and windows 2000 with NTFS? Or is better not to try it?

i'm using kppp, the problem is that when I get connected if I run Netscape
my connection ends.
In the kppp error window appears this:
CCP: timeout sending Config_Requests
Hangup (SIGHUP)
Modem hangup
Connection terminated
what is the problem? it's a Netscape problem? or what am I doing wrong?
I'm a new user of Mandrake 7.0 and everytime I try to connect my computer to
internet, after 2 o 3 minutes being connected i get a message: "The ppp
daemon has died unexpectedly" I'm using kppp dialer. What can I do?
