EZ Drive is a Formatting tool that is available on WD (western didital) website. Allows older Bios too see large drives. I think larger than 6 or 8 GIGs. Hope this helps janh

I don't know about that because I installed Linux on my drive that was a primary slave and when my computer booted up a bunch of tens scrolled across my screen and nothing else happened. Then I changed my drive to primary master and installed it the same way as the first time and Linux booted up.
