How do I start a program when i reboot my computer? I have a computer that I don't physically have access to (but I can ssh into it) and it gets restarted quite often by the people whom I entrusted it too. I would like YASC (Yet Another SETI Client) to run when the computer gets rebooted, but

I upgraded my XFree86 to 4.4.0 since it claimed to have some improvements for my graphics controller. I decided to be ambitious and compile from source (and learned how to use CVS in the process). It seemed the installation went okay, except now something involving kdeinit is broken. When I do
