[newbie] SIS900 Network Card + Mandrake 7.02 ISO Image

but when I try to install them with insmod I get an error " compiled for kernel 2.2.x current is 2.2.14 pre 15 ". Do I really have to compile the driver ?? Do I need the kernel sources for that ?? Does anybody else got the sis900 cards to work ??? Thanx for any help... Ciao Jens Schliesse

[newbie] Problems during Install

t@Work AGP Winbond Lan 100 I started the installation process by booting from the cd. Its work neither in the CD-Rom nor the CD-Writter. Any ideas... ?? Maybe the problemi is the SCSI Hostadapter , but the first part of the installation (finding the cd and mounting) works fine ... Ciao and t
