Win4Lin site.

Hello all,
I came across the recently-released AudioGalaxy Browser for KDE2 at

and tried to compile it. However, it would halt with the following message:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (= Qt 2.2.2) (libraries) not

At present, I have 2 harddisk: primary master (hda) and primary slave
(hdb). hda contains Mandrake 7.2 while hdb contains Windows. I'd like
to try out Mandrake 8 RC1 by installing it in a 2nd (blank) partition
I've created on hdb.
How do I insert an entry in GRUB or Lilo such that I'd have
I'd recently upgraded my Mandrake 7.2 installation to KDE 2.1.1, XFree
4.03 and QT 2.3 using the officially available RPMs. There was a "use
anti aliasing for fonts" option in "Styles" section of KDE Control
Center, so I ticked it, rebooted it and...there doesn't seem to be any
difference??

I did notice one issue with kpackage 2.1 though - after selecting

I use the SB Live Value too. But I can't seem to get MIDI playback

Control Center. Not sure whether it's an issue with configuration, or
there's simply no MIDI support for the Live in linux?

Urm I'm not sure - I'd installed the RPM for IBM's Java2 JRE without
incidence, and the files have been placed into /opt/IBMJava2-13
so I'd set Konqueror 2.1.1 to use Java at the following path:
/opt/IBMJava2-13/jre/bin/java
