but is there any way to format an email address with
the resolved ip address? like [EMAIL PROTECTED]
without the dns server saying it can't be
resolved...i'm wondering if there are any special
escape characters so the dns server will just
polkeem@[24.1.75.90]...

when i reboot after incorrect shutdown...it says some
disks were not unmounted correcty and to
RUN fdck MANUALLY
and asks me for root passwd...
after i give it the passwd and type fdck it says one
line about parallelizing...
so i exit and it says...
you're nobody...go away...
and then after
i'll get the updates...
but is there any way to recover my machine from this
error without having to reinstall?
