Having some problems with AccessX commands not being
loaded on bootup from the /etc/rc.local file...
/usr/local/bin/ax +bouncekeys
/usr/local/bin/ax -timeout
/usr/local/bin/ax bouncedelay 10
(also tried adding ' ' the end of each command)
For testing purposes I also add...

Not sure this will work on all models but it works fine on
my Toshiba 1405-S151 labtop. AccessX has a nice GUI
interface, too.
