[newbie] ATerm + Borders etc ?

I am looking for a way to run aterm, but without borders, and with a transparent Background.. ? Can someone maybe point me in the right direction or maybe tell me how to do this? I have read the aterm documentation, but whenever I try to run my command I still get the white BG :p Which
