Does anyone know of a way to change the default paper size in KMail, Knode,
etc.? The default is A4, but being in the U.S. I generally use Letter-size.
It isn't a big deal, but occasionally I like to print out email and newsgroup
messages and would prefer to skip the paper-size selection

In linuxconf change the default boot mode from Graphic/network to text/network.
And don't forget that you need to be root to do this.
