First: Please use plain old ascii mail. Thanks I boot just fine w/ lilo (well, most of the time) with win2k. Most likely what you need to do is try setting the linear mode on (I had to). Then run /sbin/lilo again. That SHOULD rewrite the boot sector of /dev/hda. Ty C. Mixon F.T.C. Enterpr

How can this be done? I have tried Linux as the first installed OS and then tried Win 2k and then I tried the reverse. I cannot get Lilo to function (install). This was not a problem with '98 and worked well. Any help would be appreciated. BTW...my drive is formated fat 32 at this point. Pre
