I have a USB HP 8210e, and while i wish i could help you, it was found and setup on the install so that all I had to do was start gcombust from the kde menu and burn. what speed are you trying to burn at ? are you running anything else off the USB bus? (I have found that I get errors when using

Hi all, I can't get my USB-Hp8200a CD-Writer working on Mandrake 8.0. After some seconds of writing it stops and the entire system hangs up , forcing me to power of the computer . Has anyone a similar experience or a trick to succede? PS Under Redhat 7.1 it works fine, so i presume the problem c
