Running Mandrake 8.0 with KDE 2.1.1 and Konqueror 2.1.1 and Kmail 1.2
(all standard with the M8.0 power relase)
When I click in a URL in an email on kmail, it starts Konqueror to
view the URL.

In KDE, go to:
Configure - KDE - File Browsing - File asociations
and there, look for html extension. Konqueror will appear as
preffered app to open it. Just add or select Netscape Navigator first.
