Why don't you create 2(+) primary partitons on your HD, keep Linux (or reinstall it) on one, put Windows w/your CAD programs on the other, and when you boot, choose via LILO which one you wish to use? Will I be able to keep the stuff I've already configured /loaded on Linux, or will the Linux

Hi, Suki! With PartitionMagic (and possibly other 3rd-party utilities, but NOT fdisk or its clones!) you can resize a partition without losing data. Last 2 versions have been very stable in that regard, and I have used them frequently. PartitionMagic 5 is just out, so you can assuredly find
