Yes, but before launching Mozilla remember to be su or logged in as
root first. Go to any webpage that requires use of Java, and download
by clicking on the appropriate button that pops up. After installation,
go to /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins and check whether there is a symbolic
link named libj

Has anyone been able to set up java in Mozilla with LM 8.0 ? Since it is a
net download the java stuff can't be in the OS cause it is proprietary? I
