I have downloaded staroffice while logged in as the root user, and would now like to use it in my user account, but do not know how to make it available to this user. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance! Joe :)

I had this same problem, and I did get a response from Star Office saying that I had to install it in the user account(s) from which I wanted to use it. Perhaps someone has a better solution, but since I did not have many accounts where it would be used, that is what I did. Joe Brault wrote:
