I am needing to get help with making my system
sounds work in KDE w/MD 7.2.
All other sound is working. CD,MP3, WAVE,
MIDI, etc. I have assigned the system
specific .wav files in the control center, but
cannot use them... I have an old SB 16 ISA

Can anyone give me a clue as to why, on one of my boxes, system sounds only
work when the Windows kdeTheme is chosen? My other boxes have sys sound with
other themes, but this one requires the Windows--which I hate. And, I can't

under one of the menu options that
lets you add it to the tray when it is minimized.
