[newbie] USB keyboard support ?

When installing the 8.2 pack I get stuck at the language selection screen (the very first screen). No response from keyboard or mouse which are serially connected to the USB port of a Packard Bell box. Is there no support for USB keyboards ? /Stefan Want to buy your Pack or Services from
