Javier: Are you are certain that it is not a winmodem? Although not all PCI modems are winmodems, most are. USR makes both kinds. The best place to settle the question is www.o2.net/~gromitkc/winmodem.html. It contains a very long list of modems (sorted by manufacturer), and tells you if it is a

Hello, I'm triying to configure a UsRobotics PCI Modem (not a winmodem) but I don't find how to doit. I tried with harddrake, linuxconf, compiling the kernel 2.2.15, compiling the new kernel 2.4.0test9 and with a Driver ltmodem. In the 2.4 kernel I don't find where to configure it, in the ol
