Konq ´tools´. What is its´ use?

I haven't installed that, so I have to guess, but that's almost certainly
where you can put something to make it look as

There are a few really badly designed sites that simply won't let you in if
you are running something else, and they mostly read the browser

A few days ago I was downloading Opera and in the things fixed page
they mentioned the ability to connect to banks. Do not remember if
this was Linux or
