Hi All, I have a strange issue with some Japanese files that gets processed by an application. Time to time, application fails due to 'invalid characters'. Invalid character is something like '^@' (without the quotes). Interesting thing is that when I look at the file with vi or cat it, it

Hi, I installed Mandrake 8.1 a couple of days ago and have run in to a strange problem with less. It only gives me a directory listing not the file, this is the same for root and a normal user. Any ideas? Ciao, Bo Rosén Want to buy your Pack or Services from MandrakeSoft?
