Gentoo is about 4 light-years ahead of the stable Debian. I agree with that. Emerge and Portage is a way better system than apt and .deb because it uses source in a simple, uncomplicated and efficient way. Personally I hate debian with a passion.. yes, sorry to say it, I _don't_ like it at
