Hello, I got a PIII-500, 96M RAM, and a RIVA128. First off, how do I get rid of the virtual desktop option? You know, when you can have windows that overlap the edge of your screen. I remember an option when I installed it in the Xwin configuration part, but I can't find it in any of the

In Gnome Control Centre, Sawfish Window Manager, Appearance. You can set the "columns and rows" to 1 and 1, and set the workspace to 1. on the Edge Flipping tab de-select the "Select next desktop when the pointer hits screen edge." Hope this helps! --Greg - Original Message - From:
