Try "cdrecord -scanbus" as root. If that shows a burner attachted, edit /etc/fstab and see where the line for your CD-R is trying to mount the device from. It should probably be changed to /dev/scd0. If you've got 7.0 just try to change the line dev=blah to "dev=/dev/scd0". Richard On Wed,
