Search at freshmeat.net for LinNeighborhood. It's a graphical Samba client
that allows you to see, browse, and mount shared directories and devices.

Configure your kde to mount your machines in your neighborhod an you can see
in the konqueror browser in KDE.

Look for LinuxNeighborhood on the Net. It somehow appears to be similar to Net Neigh
of Windows. However you'll need samba running and the samba clients installed. I'll
search my backups and see whether I have a copy for you.

I am using KExplorer after loading smb and mounting the file systems from my
other computers. One problem though, if one of the other machines goes offline,
KExplorer seems to hang for a while, but give it a couple of minutes and it will
come back to you.
