On UK keyboards it is the second ALT key (the one to the right of the
space bar).
Sorry, didn't explain it very well - I'll try again:
The 'ALT' key to the left of the space bar is just called 'ALT'. The
'ALT' key to the right of the space bar is called 'ALT-GR'. This on a
UK keyboard.
