Hello, I have the problem that I don't know how to configure my XFree to work correctly wit my ATI Mobility Radeon M6-P in my Laptop. My XFree version is 4.2 and the problem is that the colordepth is very bad and the whole Display is confused... What can I do? Thanks, Rapha _

If you don't made an entry for your "DefaultDepth" in the Screen-section of your XF86Config file, the default depth of 8 (256 colors) is assumed by XFree86. In this case you should set the default depth explicit to 24 - that's my configuration and it works fine. __
