What viscosity is your oil?  I have used Valvoline 10W-30, or the semi-synthetic Honda recommends (didn't like it), and lastly, Amsoil.  Have had no disengaging problems like that, but with 15,000 city miles, it would appear that the clutch is wearing and hence I noticed some slight slippage.  N
