Hello Gang,I was going to check my petcock bowl for dirt & when I turned the valve to the "OFF" position gas leaked out.The fuel came from between the handle & the small plate that's riveted on with the off/on/res markings.Is this thing shot, or is something internally bypassing?  It hasn't been s
