I replaced mine with automotive solid core wires (7MM I think). The wires are held in the coil pack by a compression fitting, if you unscrew it you can pull the old wires out. Inside the coil there is a spike that contacts the wires conductor. I just stuck the compression fitting on the new wire

I was considering getting a 919 this year, and bob logue had a newer (i think 03) 750 nh sitting right there, and in terms of engine design, they looked exactly the same! I'm sure some internals changed, and it changed to fuel injection instead of carbureated (sp?) but they looked very similar!
