Graham, I think Allen is referring to the blue Vulcan you got some time

Another common problem after a carb job is the fuel line getting kinked or
pinched. If you had the work done before winter, and let it set a while
without adding stabilizer to the fuel and draining the carbs they may be

The logical thing would be to have a blinker party in a nice central

Like paul said try a shot of starting fluid in the airbox. Which BTW you did

I think he's right, your fully blocked. Fuel line must come off. So you
might as well add a fuel filter about $20.00 or so. To get it run well once
is important...so spray starting fluid..$5 or so into air filter Carb
intake, or take plugs off and put it into cylinder, plugs back and start
it. Now

I changed to Rotella T5 and my clutch still slips sometimes under hard

better oil choice, but it's not really much better. Think I ruined my
clutch?
Well I would say it doesn't hurt to put a half gallon or so in so you can

Okay, so I can't even start the bike now. I can hear fuel sloshing
around. I pulled the choke out in about 5 different positions. Tried
petcock in on position & in reserve, but wouldn't turn over.
Spark plugs are brand new.
Any new ideas?

A number of guys on the VFR-list run that. If it wasn't friendly for wet
