I don't know much about auto decals... But that seems attrociously high. Vistaprint will make you a 12"x18" sheet for $9 of whatever you want. Looks like it should be under $50 for the whole bike. Probably other places that'll do custom vinyl printing and cutting work for you on larger form factor
