for synch, though they're usually VISIBLY different in terms of light
passing the butterfly valves if they're off. A
I don't think it could be cables especially choke because if I add some
choke I cant even get to 3k rpms without killing the engine which is normal
since its warmed up right? but just in case I'll check out the cables

I haven't taken the bike out for more than 45 minutes yet but it's a 50/50
chance every time I put the bike down on its kickstand when I get home the
RPMs jump up to around 2-3k RPMS then settle back down. Sometimes it can
take 5-20 seconds for the rpms to kick back down to idle what issues with
