VERY seldom do the starters go bad on these bikes,a nd usually it's the starter chain (or possibly the starter clutch).The job is very difficult, and the parts are NOT available!...The bike looks like a turd,a nd I'd stay away from it unless you pout a starter in it, and it cranks properly.
