Get some platform boots for a start. You can get shorter shocks but you
will also need to lower the forks in the triple tree or your bike will turn
in too fast. If shoes and a thinner seat don't do it.

Yes, Allen, I've been watching a few "scratched and dented" OEM engine
guards on eBay. I'm currently working on modifying an old trashed seat to
lower it quite a bit. Right now I'm on tiptoes at stops and I think I would
be more comfortable if I could get a better foot plant down and would feel
Jan, even the stock crash bars will protect the engine. My bike came with a
low speed drop, basically the crash bar, the exhaust, the handlebar end and
mirror were all that got scratched. I'd see if you can find a set off eBay

My 92 had small crash bars that I think are factory, since I don't remember
ever seeing one without them. For highway pegs you can just get the clamp
on kind. Though the riding position is not comfortable using them, but it
is a change of position. Bike master and emgo make good replacement bars if
Hi there. I have just acquired an almost pristine '92 NH 750 with about 10K

I've ridden a motorcycle and I'd like to keep this one in really good
shape. I've been looking for quality engine guards to put on in case of a
