They are two separate units. I have the Vietnam chrome one for sale. Never
used it, still in the box. I found the the small black ones after I had
received the Vietnam ones. I do not know about the different style of the
small black ones.

I've had decent luck with cbdecals.com in the past. Some say they don't
look exactly like OEM but they're close enough and they don't rip if you
spritz a little soapy water on the surface first.
Which engine guards did you get? There were a couple of different styles.

Purchased oem engine guards and had them powder coated.
They did not come with any mounting hardware.
Recently saw a post on another forum that the owner had ordered Honda
90101-get-000 bolt to mount the guards. The picture also showed a bag of
nuts and ? in the order. I was not allowed to p
