If you have someone to help you then you can do it in a leisurely two hours
for both seals and cleaning everything up nice.

anyone know of a good write-up for our bikes? I've heard on some bikes you
need to use a goofy tool or long woden dowel rod to slide down inside the
tube to keep the back of a nut from turning... might not have been for our

On my way home on my last ride I noticed oil leaking from the fork. How
difficult/expensive is it to replace the seals?
