Does anybody know where to get the gas tank filter (the long necked filter that attaches to the petcock)? My petcock is fine, o-ring, screen etc. but I don't have a filter and I can't find one that is specific to any type of nighthawk, petcock rebuild kits don't come with them. Anybody else run int

Even if it doesn't have a vacuum shutoff there should be a filter inside the petcock. The auto shutoff types have two, one that slips over the feed tube (for the reserve function) and the other inside the bowl. I'd take it apart and clean it before deciding to add an in-line filter. On Apr 23,
