My advice would be to get your hands on some service manuals (plural) and read up on your bike. The official Honda manual for your particular model is handy for learning about general maintenance and it has exploded views of how things come apart and go back together. It's good to augment that

Also, take a second - (closer) look at those tires! With only 2000 miles on the bike I'm guessing that they are originals from the factory. That being said, they could be dry rotted due to age (18 yrs) but otherwise appear fine! Better safe than sorry. Good luck with your bike and safe riding.

The color looks just like my '85. If you look at the color label, which is on a right side frame tube near the starter solenoid, it should read R-130C-U. Also the registration number will be JH2RC130-FM 21 - 208821. Unless it was originally destined for California, then it would be JH2RC13
