Raising the seat with a 28" inseam is going to put you on your tiptoes at
every traffic light. Personally, if I were in your position, and I
basically am with a 29" inseam, I'd be looking to lower, not raise. But one
thing you can do that people haven't mentioned is to go for an Airhawk pad.
