We drove it once, it reminded me of Hwy 73 between Winnie and Port Arthur,
TX. Lots and lots of signs warning about gators and cats and bears but they
must have had the day off because we didn't see any we didn't see any. What
we did see is a million bugs. They have rest areas where you can stop an
Tamiami Trail is cool. I bought my Miami bike in Naples and came home that way.
There ARE gators, so watch out. At night, lots of bugs, too. Look for
Mickosukee Casino. Greg beat me to it...and turn right, like he said. Just
past the casino, if you go straight, is a VERY popular BBQ joint. Le
