I personally run Windows 7/Sabayon Dual boot config. On my Windows
side, i don't run any kind of anti virus, other than Malwarebytes
specifically because it doesn't run all the time. I let my Untangle
firewall handle all the ad blocking and spyware blocking and it does a
really good job at it too
