The only other things I can think of are: - do you have any firewalls or virus software that you could disable? - were you a beta tester? I saw this behavior with a very early beta version and the machine I'm running 1.4 on is a separate machine than I was beta testing on. - this is probably

Paul, Have you tried CONNECT AS: Quicken (Mac)? A lot of the banks only recognize Quicken or MS Money. To change it from Moneywell go to Main Menu>Transactions>Manage Online Connections and change the Connect As to Quicken (Mac). If that doesn't work, what error message are you getting? Mark O

Member number and PIN works here also. If you were using the beta you may have to delete and recreate the online connection -- I ran into this once and had to do so. When you do connect it should give you a list of all your USAA accounts and you can then match them to the accounts in your MoneyWe
