The only other things I can think of are:
- do you have any firewalls or virus software that you could disable?
- were you a beta tester? I saw this behavior with a very early beta
version and the machine I'm running 1.4 on is a separate machine than
I was beta testing on.

Menu>Transactions>Manage Online Connections and change the Connect As
to Quicken (Mac).

Member number and PIN works here also. If you were using the beta you
may have to delete and recreate the online connection -- I ran into
this once and had to do so. When you do connect it should give you a
list of all your USAA accounts and you can then match them to the
accounts in your MoneyWe
