Why are you runing Makefile.in?
If you are trying to compile ns2, you need to execute
the following command in /home/alshaaer/Desktop/ns-allinone-2.28/ns-2.28/
./configure
make
the configure script will run Makefile.in and create the Makefile.

Hello Guys;
I don't what happend; but when I try run Makefile.in I have this
foloowing message;
bash: /home/alshaaer/Desktop/ns-allinone-2.28/ns-2.28/Makefile.in:
Permission denied
If there is anyhelp;
