Agreed, unfortunately we're not going to be able to attract any players of that
calibre. I would like us to try and use the loan system better than we have in
the past.
When you look at players like sturridge on loan at bolton and wellbeck on loan
at sunderland, they are players that have had

Harry Redknapp will listen to offers for up to 14 players this summer as he
looks to slash the wage bill at Tottenham Hotspur
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/tottenham-hotspur and pave the way for
impact signings. The manager is prepared to sell the goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes
and either
Moxey and Morgan will not break their current wage structure, so no chance
of any of them except O’Hara.

Has it been made public MM has money to spend ? If so, how much ?
I think we need to clear out: Berra, Steerman, Jones, Henry and Jarvis.
And get in: O'Hara, 2 decent centre backs (I didn't think Mancienne was bad,
and noticed he's back in the England U21 squad), and another O'Hara type
What date are we going to have our Survival/Mick Appreciation party?
These are the dates that I can attend:
Saturday 4th June
Saturday 18th June
Saturday 2nd July
Saturday 9th July
Preferences please via return email. Suggestions on venue will also be
welcomed.
Cheers,
Marcus
I think the following players need to be removed from the 1st team (if not the
25 man squad):
Berra
Craddock
Elokobi
Ward
Henry
Jarvis?

I think Elokobi improved massively through the season, and became a good
asset. He's good against strong forwards, and gets forwards and scores goals
as well. And tend to agree with MM that Ward is great as a utility player
who can fill in anywhere. And Id rather have Craddock than Steerman as a
Hello Marcus,
Any of those dates except 9th July is good for me, I am setting up for an
exhibition that day.
My suggestion is a Pub Crawl around Balmain for a bit of a change! However,
not bothered where we go as long as we can all meet up.
Cheers
Paul.

Ward and Jarvis will stay put, unless there is big money on the table for
Jarvis in particular.
The rest should go.

Hes the only one we're likely to get much for, to fund some centre backs. We
still have Hunt, Kightly and Hammill.
Was there any truth that Hammill had a bust up with MM, hence not being even
on bench the rest of the season ?

That's what I'd read. If so he might be shipped.
There might be some big money knocking around. I think 8m+ for Jarvis and
we'd have to take it. Mind you, if there were more attacking outletsi nthe
tam he might not get closed down as much. It would be a shame to see him
thrive in another team
I think the club have said there'd only be three signings in the summer. I
assume one is O'Hara, so two more. Would have to be a left back and a
central defender wouldn't it? Unless big offers come in for Jarvis or Doyle
to free up more money.

He was never going to get rid of Ward, but after his Irish goal last night I
wouldn'tbe suprised if we offer him a 20 year contract.
Berra is not good enough.
Craddock - worth keeping for a season if we can't get two central defenders
Elokobi - squad player as backup?

Just been reading an article on the Wolves site and O'Hara was talking
about our great leader Mick and said People were writing us off a few
months ago but the gaffer, he made the decision to go 4-4-2 and we had a
game plan and we stuck to it.
Isn't this the formation that a certain Mr
